“Soon” means we're building it and it's included in the price the day it lands. We don't advertise as finished what you can't use today.
Cancel? You drop back to Free.
Cancelling takes nothing offline: your business carries on on the Free plan — page, QR code, team and your whole appointment history stay. The monthly booking limit applies again and our credit returns to the footer. Nothing is ever deleted.
Paying & managing
Card or SEPA Direct Debit, handled by Stripe. Invoices, payment method, VAT ID and cancellation are all yours to manage in the customer portal — no need to email us.
All prices are net
VAT is added automatically at checkout based on your country. Enter a valid VAT ID and EU reverse charge applies — then you're billed net.
Got a referral or campaign code?
You enter it with us, before you pay. You see immediately what the subscription costs with the code and how long the discount runs — only then does it go to payment.
Questions about price
Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. No card, no expiry date. You get your booking page, your own website and QR codes for both. Two limits: around 30 bookings a month, and the footer says “Built with Tymbo”.
What happens when I hit 30 bookings in a month?
New online bookings pause until the 1st — that's all. Your page stays online, appointments already booked run as normal, and you see and manage everything as usual. Upgrade and they start again straight away.
What does a paid plan actually get me?
Three things: unlimited bookings, our credit disappears from your page and your embed, and you may put your logo inside the QR code. From Team up you get several people with their own hours and the “whoever is free” choice.
Can I switch plans any time?
Yes, right in the app. We bill or credit the difference for the rest of the current period straight away — you never pay twice.
Why is yearly cheaper?
We bill once instead of twelve times and you stay predictably with us. We pass that on: Solo is €6.99 instead of €8.99 a month, Team €14.99 instead of €19.99, Studio €31.99 instead of €39.99.
I have several locations — do I need several accounts?
No. You create several businesses under one account; each gets its own subscription, all on the same saved payment method. One of them can run on Free.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, automatically by email with every payment — plus available any time in the customer portal, including your VAT ID if you've entered one.
What does it cost my customers?
Nothing. Booking is always free for your customers, and there is no per-appointment fee.
Right of withdrawal
If you take a paid subscription as a consumer — not in the course of a trade or profession — you may withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. An informal email to contact@tymbo.de is enough; we refund anything already paid.
