Common questions
When and how do I get paid?
Your commission accrues per paid invoice: every time a business you referred pays for its subscription, you are credited 30% for 12 months — calculated on net revenue, meaning after the discount and excluding VAT. Each credit stays “pending” for 30 days so refunds and chargebacks can still be settled against it; after that it is due. We'll contact you by email for the payout.
I brought sign-ups before subscriptions launched — do they still count?
Yes. Sign-ups tracked with your code before paid subscriptions launched stay assigned to you. They aren't technically attached to a subscription yet, so we settle them by hand: as soon as such a business subscribes, we credit your commission on the same terms. You don't have to do anything.
Can I redeem my own code?
No. Whoever owns a code cannot use it for their own subscription — we check this at checkout against your email address and reject the code. Referrals are meant for other people.
Could a campaign take my code?
No. Partner codes and our own campaign codes share a single namespace: a code you hold can never be handed out twice — not even to a marketing campaign.
How long is my code valid?
Indefinitely. The terms (commission and free months) can change — but every sign-up locks in the terms valid at the moment of that sign-up.
Can I change my code?
Yes, any time — in your partner dashboard under “Change code”. Sign-ups already tracked stay yours, but links, QR codes and flyers with the old code stop working, so share the new one again.
What do the people I refer get?
